Old Fashioned Girl Stock 1 by Pulling-Stock Old Fashioned Girl Stock 1 by Pulling-Stock
Stock rules are in my journal. You can view them HERE. They aren't hard, they don't bite.

Lots of your stock has children in it - To what extent do you allow them to be manipulated?

- All children related stock from my account may be freely used within reason, example: for horror/macabre related manipulation and reference, but I do not need to see them being harassed in an adult manner. No racist, sexual, otherwise adult or overly disgusting manipulations or references are allowed. Please use your head before using stock, ANY stock, with children in it in such a way that it would constitute harm coming to them.

Those boots are western cowboy lace-up boots, or called lacers by cowboys/girls (as opposed to ropers which just pull on!). The fringe piece beneath the laces can usually come off as those generally get curled up with daily use. By removing the fringe the boot would look like a more authentic 19th century child's shoe. :)

I don't see a fringe, where is it located?

Generally it is beneath the laces towards the toe. Here is an example: [link] This boot has a "double fringe."
